Why not just hire a full-time VP Sales?

How is this different from a traditional sales consultant?

What if I already have a CRM or sales tools?

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most engagements are 90 days for the GTM Swarm Sprint (full playbook + AI infrastructure deployment). The GTM Diagnostic is 1 week. Fractional GTM is flexible 3-6 month engagements. After the sprint, you can continue with the Swarm Subscription ($1.5K/month) for ongoing updates and support.

What happens after you leave?

You keep everything—the AI agents, sales playbook, workflows, and all IP. The infrastructure stays in YOUR systems and continues working. I provide quarterly updates and async support if you subscribe, but the core system runs independently. New hires onboard faster because the system trains them.

AI & Technology

Why not just use Gong, Clari, SalesLoft, or other AI sales tools?

Those are great tools—for companies with mature GTM already. Gong records calls. Clari forecasts deals. SalesLoft sequences emails. But they assume you already have: ICP definition, messaging frameworks, sales process, and a playbook. I build that foundation first, then deploy AI on YOUR platforms. If you already use those tools, perfect—I'll integrate with them.

Which AI platforms do you use?

I'm platform-agnostic. The GTM Swarm works with Claude (Anthropic), Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other enterprise AI platforms. I deploy on whatever your team already uses or is most comfortable with. The goal is infrastructure in YOUR systems, not dependency on mine.

Do I need to be technical to use the AI swarm?

No. Your team interacts with the agents through natural conversation—asking questions like 'What should I say about pricing to a CFO?' or 'How do I handle this objection?' No coding required. I handle all the technical setup and training.

What's the difference between one AI assistant and six specialized agents?

One generic chatbot tries to do everything and does nothing well. Six specialists each handle a specific part of your sales motion: prospecting, discovery, demos, objections, deal strategy, and RevOps. Like having a GTM team in your AI platform—each agent is trained on your exact playbook for their domain.

Four engagement models: GTM Diagnostic ($4.5K, 1 week), GTM Swarm Sprint ($30K, 90 days), Fractional GTM ($9K/month, 3-6 months), and Swarm Subscription ($1.5K/month, ongoing). Most clients start with the Diagnostic or Sprint depending on urgency and budget.

What's the ROI?

Do you only work with B2B SaaS?

No. While most clients are B2B SaaS, I work with any tech-based startup scaling enterprise growth—AI companies, workflow platforms, marketplace businesses. The key is you're ready to move from founder-dependent sales to repeatable systems.

What if I don't have a sales team yet?

Everything stays with you after I leave.

How hands-on are you during the engagement?

Very. I embed as your GTM leader—running live deals, coaching your team, building the infrastructure, and deploying AI systems. This isn't advice from the sidelines. I'm in your CRM, on your sales calls, and in your tools daily.

Do you create content or just sales systems?

Primary focus is sales infrastructure (playbook, AI swarm, outbound engine). But I can help with GTM-adjacent content like case studies, sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks if that's part of your roadmap.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Access to your CRM, sales tools, and any existing playbooks or messaging. A list of your best customers (for ICP validation). Availability for 1-hour weekly meetings during the engagement. That's it.

Can you work with remote/distributed teams?

Yes. All my engagements are remote. I'm based in Australia but work with teams globally. As long as we can align on 1-hour weekly calls and async communication (Slack/email), geography doesn't matter.
